Mandi’s new favorite dessert(as Rachael Ray says, “Figure friendly”)
One loaf of angel food cake
two boxes of ff/sf vanilla pudding with 3 cups of milk
one container of fat free cool whip
two cans of crushed no sugar added in its own juice pineapple drained(I leave a little juice for the cake to soak up)
1/3 cup pecans or your favorite crushed nut
3 bananas
cube angel food cake, layer in 9″ by 13″ dish
mix pineapple and sliced bananas in bowl, pour on angel food cake.
mix pudding with milk as directed, pour on top of pineapple in dish.
then top with cool whip and shake nuts on top, chill and voila!
