Fox And Friends had Ernest Borgnine on to pimp his new book (yeah, he wrote a book, I was surprised too).  He looks pretty good for a dude that was alive when Lincoln was President.  So, the question was asked how he stays looking so young.  You’ve got to watch the clip to see for yourself how he answered.  On the upside…Big Ed will live to be 208!

i have had a lot of people telling me they are watching some of the old gtv stuff on youtube….and i keep getting requests for more….so i dug up one of our older videos that was never posted…as a matter of fact…..this clip never even made it to the tv show….the funniest thing about this clip is…..at the part where greg conley pulled the chair out from under me, and i hit the trash can sort of awkward…… i actually cracked a rib….i could not raise my arm or take a full breath for about two weeks….but it was worth it….this video was really fun to make…and it’s still fun to watch…
